In these unprecedented times, we at hamper.com want to reassure you that we value and care about our customers and are doing all we can to continue to provide the best service.
Our online shop is still very much open – and we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. Our main priority is keeping our customers, staff and community of suppliers safe and getting your hampers to you safely.
As the situation progresses, our plans may evolve. But here’s what we’re doing now...
- Our office staff are now working from home. Our phone lines will probably be more limited than usual, so please bear with us and perhaps try our email or live chat services if you need a quick response.
- We’re working closely with our warehouse and delivery team, who have their own plans to make sure their people are safe. Our couriers are currently doing contactless deliveries where possible, hampers may be left in a safe place to ensure successful delivery.
- We are sorry that a small number of our hampers are out of stock. This is because certain items within them have become difficult to replenish and we cannot always make suitable replacements. Fortunately, many of our gifts are unaffected by stock issues, however occasionally a substitution may be made but only where an equivalent item is available to a similar or greater value.
- We know it’s important now more than ever to keep the ‘happiness’ flowing. So we’ll continue to deliver our hampers as long as it is safe for you and everyone we employ.
