Frequently Asked Questions
+ When will my hamper be delivered? For standard free delivery your hamper will be despatched immediately and delivered within 2-3 days. For pre-Christmas delivery (if available) your hamper will be delivered between the 12th and 22nd December. You can also select an exact date for delivery for a small extra cost, this is ideal for deliveries immediately or at a later date and also includes Saturday, named day and next day services. If this service is available to your chosen delivery location the option will be shown during the checkout process
+ Can I send my hamper overseas? We have two options for international delivery. 1) Send a hamper from the UK and pay the applicable international delivery charge for your delivery countries location. Please note: there is currently an issue with this service where it shows delivery 2-3 days. Delivery will be made on the date selected and will show this on your order confirmation, this is an issue on the website only that we are currently investigating. 2) Find an Item marked Free Delivery to your delivery location. The stock for these items is already in the delivery country, so can be despatched immediately and delivered fast to your recipient.
+ Is there a receipt or price in the box, I don't want them to know how much it was? We understand that most of the time our hampers are bought as gifts, therefore we do not add any receipt or documentation inside the box apart from any gift message you have completed at checkout. All receipts and invoices are emailed to you only.
+ How do apply my points when ordering? During the checkout process at the payment screen, (if you have points in your account) you will be presented with a 'use your points' box. Simply type in the number of points your would like to use and click the Update button. The points value will then be deducted from your total.
+ How can I view my points balance? You must be logged in to view your points balance, it can be found under 'My Account' section located at the top of the site. In the submenu on the left-hand side, the 'My Rewards' tab will take your points summary, this will show your balance as well as any transaction history
+ Can I add a gift message? Yes of course you can add your own personalised gift message during the checkout process in the delivery method section. This message is printed on the top of the delivery box with the delivery label. Occasionally the gift message is also be included inside the box.
