+ How do apply my points when ordering? During the checkout process at the payment screen, (if you have points in your account) you will be presented with a 'use your points' box. Simply type in the number of points your would like to use and click the Update button. The points value will then be deducted from your total.
+ How can I view my points balance? You must be logged in to view your points balance, it can be found under 'My Account' section located at the top of the site. In the submenu on the left-hand side, the 'My Rewards' tab will take your points summary, this will show your balance as well as any transaction history
+ Can I use my Loyalty Points as well as a promo code? Yes you can use both your loyalty points as well as a promo code at the checkout screen
+ When will the points be added to my account? Any loyalty points earned will be added to your account once the product/s have been shipped.
